LICENSING & PERMITS

A General Overview

  • To shoot in the Cayman Islands you must apply for and receive a Media Production License from the Cayman Islands Film Commission.
     

  • Each foreign crew member coming to the Cayman Islands must apply for and receive a work permit. (One work permit per crewmember.)
     

  • A Temporary Import Form must be completed to allows productions to import equipment duty free.
